It’s a flat stone fruit, similar in shape to a Paraguayan peach. Its thin skin, like a nectarine’s, is one of its greatest attractions. It’s mostly white-fleshed. The flesh is firm and very juicy (very refreshing), and its texture is very pleasant to chew. As with Paraguayan peaches, Arfonfruits has selected Platerina varieties with good closure and intense color.
