Pavia / Yellow peaches

The Pavia, commonly known as the yellow peach, has a great flavour with a juicy and sweet flesh that possibly outclasses most sweet stone fruits. This fruit has not had major commercial success because of its delicate skin and inconsistent flesh. Today we have a range of yellow peaches with a very attractive orangey colour, excellent firmness and a resistant fine skin.
